Led the technical development of:

• High-performance computer vision pipelines processing live camera feeds for real-time defect detection (24/7 operation, low-latency inference)
• Automated AI inference layer running on the edge next to the cameras and syncing with cloud or on-prem servers
• Automated quality control workflows that flag and reject defective products without human intervention
• Real-time KPI dashboard (productivity, scrap rate, throughput) used on the shop floor
• Architecture that scales from 1 to 100+ production lines per customer

Tech lead on a team building a comprehensive KYB/KYC process from scratch for one of France's major retail banks.

Key achievements:

• Architected a NestJS hexagonal architecture ensuring maintainability and testability
• Orchestrated 15+ integrations with screening services and compliance databases including Banque de France, Pappers, World-Check, and LCL's internal banking systems
• Established code quality as a priority: comprehensive test coverage, CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and technical documentation
